Consumer Advice service for electricity and gas
With effect from 13 July 2005, the responsibility for regulating Germany's electricity and gas markets has resided with the Federal Network Agency and the regulatory authorities of the country's federal states. The Federal Network Agency also views itself as a consumer advocate and therefore endeavours to provide a wide range of information for electricity and gas customers.
