Single information point under Section 12 of the TKG

To give interested parties the opportunity to comment on the draft results of market definition (Section 10 of the TKG) and of market analyses (Section 11 of the TKG) within a fixed period, the Federal Network Agency has established a sinlge information point.

The national consultation documents which have been published may be viewed here Monday to Thursday from 08.00 to 15.00 hours and Friday from 08.00 to 14.00 hours after advance registration under call number 02 28 / 14-47 12. Copies of the documents may also be ordered under fax number 0228/14-64 71 against payment of a fee.

The publication observes the confidentiality of operating and business secrets.

International consolidation procedure

Under Article 7 of the Framework Directive (Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002 on a common legal framework for electronic communicatioons networks and services), market definition and market analysis and certain draft measures need to be consolidated. A complete list of the consolidation procedures within the European Community is published by the Commission. An overview of current decisions is also retrievable.

Publications under Sections 26 and 36 of the TKG

Measures in the field of access regulation
The Federal Network Agency publishes the measures taken under Sections 16 to 25 of the TKG with due account being taken of the confidentiality of the operating and business secrets of the companies involved.

Measures in the field of rates regulation
The Federal Network Agency publishes planned decisions on the combination of services and on the specification of the relevant benchmarks under Section 32 subpara 2 and Section 34 of the TKG. Prior to the publication it gives those companies to whom the decision is addressed an opportunity to comment. In the case of rates approval applications under Section 32 subpara 1 of the TKG, and in the case of proceedings under Section 31(6) sentences 1 and 2 of the TKG the Federal Network Agency publishes the rates measures envisaged or applied for.
