The following therefore applies to all the hyperlinks provided on the Agency's website: We state explicitly that we have no influence of any kind on the design or content of the linked pages. We dissociate ourselves herewith from all the content provided on the linked pages and do not regard it as our own.

As a federal public body we are bound by the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Any personal data provided by you or otherwise collected are processed in observance of the provisions of the Act. In particular, personal data are not passed on to third parties without authorisation, and are used solely for the functions assigned to the Agency by law. We have taken the technical and organisational measures needed to protect your rights.

German law only is applicable to these conditions of use and to the relationship between yourself and the Federal Network Agency.

The invalidity of one or more of these conditions of use does not affect the validity of the other provisions. Any invalid provision(s) is (are) to be replaced by way of supplementary construction by one or more legally effective arrangements matching as closely as possible the purpose the Agency is recognised as pursuing with the invalid provision(s). This same applies with regard to closing any loopholes.
