In the administrative proceedings pursuant to section 29(1) in conjunction with section 56(1) para 2 Energy Industry Act (EnWG) in conjunction with Article 6(11) of Regulation (EU) No 715/2009 in conjunction with Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) No 2017/45, concerning the approval of a project proposal for an increment gas transport capacity project concerning the border between the GASPOOL market area and the TTF market area in the Netherlands.

Ruling Chamber 9 of the Bundesnetzagentur für Elektrizität, Gas, Telekommunikation, Post und Eisenbahnen, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, issued the following decision in regard of Gasunie Deutschland Transportservices GmbH and Gascade Gastransport GmbH on April 17, 2019:
