The core energy market data register (MaStR) brings new tasks for electricity and gas network operators.
Information letter
Network operators are obliged to notify the operators of
EEG installations connected to their network
and
- CHP plants connected to their network that receive a payment according to the KWKG
about their registration obligation in the core energy market data register and possible legal consequences of non-registration. (§ 25 (4), (5) MaStRV)
