Digitales Signatur

A Qualified Electronic Signature is the digital equivalent of a handwritten signature. It allows long-term verification of the authorship of a declaration in electronic exchange of data. The Federal Network Agency is the competent authority responsible for the Signature Act (SigG) and as such mandated with the set up and supervision of a secure and reliable infrastructure for electronic signatures.
