Bundesnetzagentur appoints another CEO at Rosneft

The Bundesnetzagentur, acting as fiduciary manager of Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH, has today appointed Dr Johannes Bremer as chief executive officer.
Dr Bremer has worked in management positions in the oil business for many years. He has a wealth of experience and is familiar with the circumstances at Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH.
Dr Christoph Morgen, who was appointed as interim chief executive officer on Friday, will now, in line with his area of expertise, concentrate on setting up the necessary structures for the fiduciary manager to exercise efficient control and then transfer his duties to CEO Dr Bremer. A fiduciary representative of the Bundesnetzagentur with full directorial powers will also provide support in the exercise of the shareholder rights.
