Bundesnetzagentur appoints managing director at Rosneft

The Bundesnetzagentur, acting as fiduciary, has appointed Andreas J. Goss as a managing director of Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH alongside Dr Johannes Bremer, with effect from 12 January 2026.
The appointment of Andreas J. Goss follows an intensive search. Andreas J. Goss has more than thirty years’ sound international experience in management and finance gained through his activities in major global companies and challenging transformation and restructuring situations. He also has extensive knowledge of the oil and gas supply sectors acquired through various supervisory board positions. In his new role, Andreas J. Goss will be responsible in particular for the areas of finance and IT.
The Bundesnetzagentur was appointed fiduciary of Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH by order of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (now the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy – BMWE) of 14 September 2022 (last extended to 10 March 2026) on the basis of section 17 of the Energy Security of Supply Act (EnSiG).
